Welcome to our homepage!

We’re on the way to World Orienteering Championships in Trondheim, Norway in August 2010.  We hope this webpage will help our friends, family and fans learn a bit more about us and follow our adventures along the way.

On the BLOG page you can read (hopefully) regular updates about our training, competitions, travels and happenings on the home front.  We’ll hopefully post some maps and photos in the PHOTOS section, including races and trainings that we’ve done for the O-geeks out there.  On the ABOUT HOLGER and ABOUT SANDY pages... well... you figure it out.
